‘Pause’ Service

A customer may suspend services by choosing, in advance. of the ‘Pause’ option for a next successive period. A ‘Pause’ may continue from 1 to 30 days (up to 30 days, in general, for the entire effective period of a Subscriber’s Contract). A period ‘Paused’ by a customer is automatically added to the 18-month effective period of the Subscriber’s Contract signed with such customer. Thus, if a ‘Pause’ from 1 up to 30 days is requested, the contract based relationships with a customer are expected to continue for 18+1 months.

Whenever the ‘Pause’ period expires after the 15th day of a current month and the balance of the customer’s account is not sufficient to debit the amount of the Subscriber Fee, the customer is granted a credit until the end of the then current calendar month and, if no money is available on such customer’s account to debit the required Subscriber Fee as of the 1st day of the next successive month, the customer has the possibility of the Service Access for the period of one calendar month. Within the Service Access period, the customer shall redeem credit debts and make payment of the Subscriber Fee for the current period, otherwise, the Internet access service shall be terminated for such customer and the relevant penalty shall be charged beginning from the 1st day of the next successive month.

‘Turbo Button’ Service  

The ‘Turbo Button’ service enables switching of the maximum speed for 24 hours, provided that the relevant customer has previously requested one of the Price Rates and made payment as per the terms and conditions of such Price Rate. Contract customers may make use of the service irrespective of their Price Rates during a period, for which period the relevant payments are made.

Service cost: UAH 19 / 24 hours

The Internet traffic received by a customer under the ‘Turbo Button’ service is unlimited and is not included into the overall traffic volume as per the relevant Price Rate.

FreshNight Unlimited Service may be requested and ordered:

• together with any effective and available Price Rate; and
• together with the ‘Turbo Button’ service.

All Price Rate and service cost amounts are specified inclusive of the applicable VAT as of September 05, 2011.
