FreshWeek PRICE RATE

Price Rate terms and conditions:

Details:

1. Download speed is maximum.
2. After 2 GB of traffic is used during the week, download speed limit of 256 KB/s is applied (and 128 Kb/s is for upload).
3. The tariff is valid 7 days after activation. To continue using the tariff, re-order it on the subscriber's portal. If the tariff is not re-ordered, on the 8th day service access mode will be activated, which provides access to the network with the speed at 64 Kb/sec. Service access duration is 7 days after the paid period. After Service access mode is finished, Internet access will be suspended until the selection and paid of tariff.
4. Additional services «FreshNight Unlimited» and «Pause» are not available to order with FreshWeek tariff.
5. «Turbo Button» service is available with FreshWeek tariff during the paid period or in Service access mode.
6. The amount of provided data service is measured in Kilobytes. 1 Gigabyte is 1 048 576 Kilobytes.
7. Tariff is valid on constant base.
8. All tariffs include VAT.

The FreshHome Price Rate offers for prepaid service customers an unlimited Internet access at the speed of up to 20 Mb/s with the traffic volume of up to 20 GB for the period of 30 days. After such 20 GB of traffic volume are exhausted during the relevant 30 days, any further Internet access is available at the download speed of up to 256 Kb/s and upload speed of up to 128 Kb/s.

The Price Rate cost does not depend on the volume of user’s traffic.

FreshFamily PRICE RATE

Price Rate terms and conditions:

The FreshFamily Price Rate offers for prepaid service customers an unlimited Internet access at the speed of up to 20 Mb/s with the traffic volume of up to 40 GB for the period of 30 days. After such 40 GB of traffic volume are exhausted during the relevant 30 days, any further Internet access is available at the download speed of up to 256 Kb/s and upload speed of up to 128 Kb/s.

The Price Rate cost does not depend on the volume of user’s traffic.

FreshPremium PRICE RATE

Price Rate terms and conditions:

The FreshPremium Price Rate offers for prepaid service customers an unlimited Internet access at the speed of up to 20 Mb/s with the traffic volume of up to 80 GB for the period of 30 days. After such 80 GB of traffic volume are exhausted during the relevant 30 days, any further Internet access is available at the download speed of up to 512 Kb/s and upload speed of up to 256 Kb/s.

The FreshPremium Price Rate enables user’s higher priority Internet access. It means that, in case of the maximum number of multiple simultaneous Internet users, customers choosing this Price Rate are granted a warranted Internet access at the speed from 512 Kb/s.

The Price Rate cost does not depend on the volume of user’s traffic.

Price Rate payment terms and conditions:

1. After the relevant Price Rate is chosen by a prepaid customer, such customer’s account is debited for the relevant amount and the customer is granted Internet access as per the terms and conditions of the Price Rate chosen. Thereafter, the customer’s account will be automatically debited for the amount of the Price Rate cost once per each 30 days, provided that the balance of such customer’s account is sufficient to debit the full amount of the Price Rate cost.
2. If, upon the expiry of a 30-day period, for which period the required payment is made, no sufficient amount for the payment(s) in respect of the next successive period is available on the customer’s account, a customer is provided, free of charge, with the Service Access at the speed of 64 Kb/s. The Service Access will be effective for the period of 30 calendar days. After required account balance restoration, a customer shall reorder the Price Rate.

Tariff change conditions for Prepaid subscribers.

• The migration to another tariffs is possible but after the paid period. You need to order tariff change on the page My Account beforehand.
• Cost UAH 30 (VAT incl)  is applied for the tariff change if your new tariff rate (monthly fee) is less than previous one. Vice versa migration is free of charge if new tariff has more package price (monthly fee) than previous one. The subscriber can choose one of the relevant tariff on the day of change, unless otherwise provided by the terms of the tariff.

All Price Rate amounts are specified inclusive of the applicable VAT as of September 05, 2011.

How to connect to tariff:

1. You need to buy starter set;
2. Register in the network (pass registration in “My Account” section of the website and obtain personal login);
3. Choose tariff in “My Account” section of the website («Tariffs and Services» tab)

The average connection speed on a subscriber device is 3-6 Mbit/s even during peak hours, which is several times higher than the speed of previous-generation networks. Speed ​​depends on the type of equipment used, network load, distance to the nearest base station and the capabilities of Internet resources. The maximum data transfer speed in FreshTel network can be up to 20 Mbit/sec.

Operator reserves the right to establish and change tariffs for its services under the Law "On Telecommunications" dated 18.11.2003 and also to change the terms and timing of promotions by the laws and "Ukrainian high technologies" telecommunications network company service regulations.
