WebMoney is an instant online payment system that will allow you to pay for FreshTel service in real time.

Technical capabilities allow to pay not only with a WebMoney wallet, but even with your cell phone
or through payment terminals and banking offices throughout Ukraine.

Guidelines

1. Go to Portal.
2. Than select «Payments».
3. Push Webmoney logo, enter sum.
4. Select payments way.

Pay via payment kiosks or bank in Ukraine

If you wish to use payment terminal or pay in a bank in Ukraine, enter the payment amount in the "Payment through the terminal or bank" on the Portal. Then enter your mobile number. You will receive an SMS message with the account number.

1. Use any terminal/payment kiosks or contact one of the listed banks. In addition, you can use also online banking.

• Using the touch panel on the monitor of terminal select WebMoney.
• In the office of the bank tell about your intention to top-up a WebMoney purse.
• For on-line banking, select a top-up  "WebMoney" services

3. During the refilling process, please, enter the account number that you received in the SMS instead of WebMoney purse number. Format of account is U77777XXXXXXX, where X - number.

4. Pay the cost of your purchase (UAH 0.01), and additional service fee of a payment system or bank. Such fee  is different and depends on the chosen method, we recommend to pay extra 10% of the purchase price.

5. We will notify the website where you just have placed your order that your payment was made once funds are deposed. If the amount you paid was greater than the purchase price with fee the rest of your funds will be transferred to your WebMoney Check, where it can be spent on the online purchases.
