You can refill your account online with your bank card. Go to the personal page, indicate the sum of payment and pay with your Visa International or MasterCard Worldwide.

Payments are processed by Portmone payment system or PrivatBank, ensuring the security and privacy of the submitted data and a high level of data protection.

FreshTel do not accumulate and do not keep your bank card details. No commission fee is charged on FreshTel subscribers.

Guidelines

1. Type in your login and password to enter the subscriber portal.
2. Follow the “Payments” link.
3. Press Portmone.com or PrivatBank icon.
4. Press “Continue”.
5. You will move then to the secure page of Portmone or PrivatBank payment system’s server. Fill in the form with the sum of the payment and bank card details. Press “Pay”.
6. The system will inform you on the operation’s result and display payment details on the screen.
