FreshTel services are provided on the prepayment basis – the user has to refill his/her account before the prepaid period is over.

  • Make payments in advance and your account will be automatically renewed.
  • Make sure the sum is correct – it depends on the chosen tariff plan.
  • Before making the payment check your login and account number – you can do it on the subscriber portal or at the phone number 044 581 81 81.
  • Choose the most appropriate payment method: through PrivatBank payment terminal (you need to have PrivatBank card to make a payment), online bank card payment at the Portmone website, through WebMoney payment system, through ÎÑÌÏ, Easy Soft, 24 Non Stop, City-Pay or PrivatBank payment systems.

Online bank card payment

You cantop up your account using your bank card. The payment can be made through Portmone payment system, certified by Visa and MasterCard. You can do it on the subscriber portal or Portmone website.

WebMoney payment

WebMoney payment systemallows you to top up ypor account without leaving home. All you have to do is open an account with WebMoney.

Payment terminals

Find the nearest POS-terminal of PrivatBank, OSMP, iBox, 24nonStop, Easy Soft or City-Pay systems. Choose the internet and IP-telephony payment window and press FreshTel icon, type in your login or account number and debit your account with the necessary amount of money.
