Management of “Hot Skills” call center has announced that “FreshTel” call center was the best one in Ukraine. 12 companies were selected to make an analysis. Companies’ quality of work were appraised in accordance with the following characteristics:
• basic skills
• communication style
• communication management
• knowledge of subject
• technique
Ukrainian telecommunication companies were divided into some groups in accordance with the following telephone services levels:
• excellent – 96% and above
• high – from 90% to 95% inclusive
• satisfactory – from 80% to 89%
• poor – from 0 to 79%
